Welcome to Paikary Hat. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our website paikaryhat.com and for buying products from us. By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to these Terms.

Paikary Hat is a retail and wholesale supplier of dates and grocery products, based in Munseftbari, Cumilla, Bangladesh.

To place an order on paikaryhat.com you must be:

3. Products
We do our best to display each product accurately, including images, weight, variety, origin, and description. However:
- Colour, texture, and appearance of natural products (such as dates) may vary slightly from the images.
- Weight is measured before packing and small natural moisture variations are normal.
- Availability of specific varieties (Ajwa, Sukkari, Kalmi, Medjool, etc.) may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to update product details, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices for retail and wholesale may differ. Wholesale rates apply from the minimum quantity mentioned on the product page or as confirmed by our team.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card payments via SSLCommerz, and bank transfer for large orders.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Order confirmation
Placing an order on the website is an offer to buy. The order is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation message and have verified the delivery details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Delivery to an unserviceable area

8. Product storage
Once delivered, please store the products according to the instructions on the pack. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery (heat, moisture, direct sunlight, or pests).

All content on paikaryhat.com, including logo, text, images, videos, packaging design, and product photos, is the property of Paikary Hat or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
10. Customer conduct
When using our website, contacting our team, or interacting with our delivery agents, you agree not to:
- Use abusive, offensive, or threatening language
- Submit false orders, false information, or false claims
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
- Misuse Cash on Delivery by repeatedly refusing verified orders
We may block or restrict any customer who breaks these rules.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Paikary Hat is not liable for:

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cumilla, Bangladesh.
